As we open our newest venue at Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast, we're looking for a talented and motivated Kitchen Manager to help build, lead and shape our Gold Coast kitchen team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join Lune at launch — to set the standard, mentor the team, and be part of something truly special from day one. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong pastry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team in a high-performance environment. We believe in comprehensive training and development in order to maintain our standards and consistency across the brand. For this reason, the successful candidate will commence on-the-job training for the role at our South Brisbane venue over approximately 3 weeks . Equipped with confidence and knowledge, you will hit the ground running as an integral part of our opening team on the Gold Coast.
